If you are looking to make money online, there’s a good reason to get into the software business. With virtually no overhead involved the software business can be so profitable.
Aside from on-going support costs, the profit potential is only limited by the demand of the general public.
Sure you can sell e-books but software products usually have a higher perceived value. If you are selling niche software, you can price it higher.
The reason for this is that software has a much longer user life than ebooks. It can be used repeatedly over and over again to solve certain problems or help you accomplished certain tasks.
